Pu'uwai Fitness Kauai offers small group classes and private exercise sessions in Kalaheo.
In order to ensure your fitness goals and personal needs are met, our classes are limited to 6 participants. This allows the instructor to give you the personal attention you need.
Private exercise sessions are truly affordable and can be split between 2 or 3 people.
