Jodee considers herself a group exercise addict. She has always found that the best way to motivate herself to stay in shape is with a group of people who love to exercise. She started Pu'uwai ("heart" in Hawaiian) Fitness Kauai in 2011 - a place for people who love to exercise. She, along with the other instructors, strive to bring their unique formats and passion for group exercise to South Kauai.
Jodee is a certified Group Fitness Instructor with the American Council on Exercise and a member of the IDEA Health & Fitness Association. She has numerous certifications including: TRX Suspension Training, TRX For Yoga, Schwinn Cycling Instructor, Barre Above by Savvier Fitness, Enhance Fitness, and Les Mills BODYPUMP and CXWORX. Jodee is a two-time The Kauai Half Marathon finisher.

Tiffany has been a competitive athlete most of her life and is definitely a fitness junkie who craves a hard workout and a good sweat. Her passion for health and fitness shines bright in the classes she teaches and her motivating attitude will keep you pushing towards being your best you. She knows how difficult it can be to overcome physical challenges and she finds so much joy in helping people create and meet their fitness goals. When she's not teaching or attending group fitness classes, she loves running, eating, binge watching TV, and hanging at the beach with her family.
Tiffany is a certified Group Fitness Instructor and Personal Trainer with the American Council on Exercise. She has numerous certifications including: TRX Suspension Training, Barre Above by Savvier Fitness, Enhance Fitness, and INSANITY by Beachbody. Tiffany is a The Kauai Marathon (half) finisher.
Tiffany was awarded 1 of 5 scholarships to the IDEA World Fitness Convention in 2018 and was featured in the IDEA Fitness Journal "Spotlight a Pro" in the Nov/Dec 2018 edition.
Sheila is a certified Yoga Alliance instructor. Before moving to Kauai, she taught many yoga classes around the Los Angeles area, including Gentle Yoga to seniors, Vinyasa Flow at the YMCA, various yoga studios, and at Universities. She is also a Certified Children's Yoga instructor and has taught kids yoga classes at the YMCA. On Kauai she taught a Gentle Yoga class at Lawai Beach Resort before taking several years off to raise her two young boys. Sheila loves how yoga is a full incorporation of body and mind. She loves how yoga makes her feel and sharing that feeling of bliss with her clients. She has recently expanded her yoga practice to include TRX for Yoga.
Yuki is a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) and member of the Yoga Alliance. She specializes in a Vinyasa Flow style of yoga, connecting movement and breath with classes structured to build strength and release tension. Yuki has been practicing yoga for over 25 years. When she is not teaching or practicing yoga, she loves to play ultimate frisbee, stand up paddle, hike, swim, travel, camp or any other chance to play outside!
Stephanie has worked in the fitness industry since 2006. Her certifications include: AAFA Certified Personal Trainer, Balanced Body Mat & Reformer, TRX Suspension Training, and Special Populations (Parkinson’s, Arthritis, and Diabetes). She believes it is a blessing to be able to help others find joy in exercise and healthy living. Stephanie is also a professional tandem surfer who loves the ocean and surfing.
CC started as a Barre student with Pu’uwai back when we began offering Barre classes in 2015. Her prior experience as a yoga and barre student drew her to us and she fell in love with our Barre style. CC is completing her Bootybarre certification and is excited to share her passion for Barre and Yoga in her classes. Outside of class you can find her teaching elementary school and taking care of her two beautiful children.
Brett is happiest when she is outdoors and active - surfing, running, hiking, and snowboarding with her hubby and kiddos. She discovered Barre while living in Boulder, Colorado and knew instantly that she had found the fitness regimen that she was looking for. She loves the perfect combination of strength, flexibility and balance that Barre offers and believes exercise should feel like a celebration of what your body can do. Brett was trained in The Dailey Method and offers a unique style of class that you’re sure to fall in love with.
